Description of risk assessment method based on the fuzzy mathematical evaluation

Step 1. A membership function interval is created. For each risk assessment factor a, its corresponding membership function interval is [a − 0.625, a + 0.625]
Step 2. The membership is calculated. For each risk assessment factor a, the ordinal number 0.8 is multiplied by the overlapping part of its membership function interval and the value interval of the five risk levels in R, so as to obtain the membership value of the risk assessment of each factor. Finally, the relational fuzzy matrix is established
Step 3. According to the importance of each evaluation factor, the weight value is determined and the weight fuzzy matrix is established
Step 4. Formula (3) is used to calculate the probability that each evaluation factor belongs to each risk level
Step 5. Finally, the assessment results are quantified and the final comprehensive assessment results are obtained
