Fluoroskan studies of FL-MTX (10 M) uptake by HPT cells in 24 well plates treated with ethanol (500 mg/dL), ET-B receptor antagonist (RES-701-1) (10 M), and PKC selective inhibitor (BIM) (2.5 M). Inhibition of FL-MTX uptake is reversed by the addition of RES-701-1 or BIM. Data are expressed as mean SEM ().
