PMNs induced a significant decrease in Neither BH4 (10  M) nor BH2 (100  M) treatment significantly improved compared to I/R+PMN hearts. All values are expressed as mean SEM. Numbers of hearts are at the bottom of the bars. All drugs are in μM concentrations. (NS, not significant compared to initial LVDP values).
