Cytotoxic Activity of<i> Holothuria leucospilota</i> Extract against<i> Leishmania infantum In Vitro</i>

<div>Time dependent leishmanicidal activity of<i> H. leucospilota</i> extracts against<i> L. infantum</i> promastigotes. The results are shown as a percentage of parasite killing from three independent experiments performed as triplicate (mean ± SE) using MTT assay after treatment with 50 <i>μ</i>g/mL of each sample tested.</div>
