Cellular viability as determined by MTT assay. GLMph (100 µg/ml), GLMdee (75 µg/ml), GLFph (50 µg/ml), GLFdee (100 µg/ml), and GLFea (50 µg/ml) improved cellular viability to 57%, 65.5%, 67.52%, 58.73%, and 75%, under hypoxia.
