LC₅₀ (24.83 mg/mL) of the hydromethanolic C. nutans extract leaf response among adult Drosophila melanogaster exposed to PQ in the feed. The results expressed in percentage of survivor flies presented correspond to the concentrations of the 15, 20, 25, 30, e 35 mg/mL. The test was effected in quadruplicate. R² = 0.8997.
