Altered Frequency of NK Cells and Treg Cells by <i>Astragalus</i> Polysaccharide Combined with Budesonide in Asthma Model Mice

<div>APS and budesonide suppressed mRNA levels of inflammatory mediators. Relative expression of IL4 and IL10 mRNA levels were measured by RT-PCR and is represented above. Every independent experiment was triplicated.
