Average handgrip force over time from eight subjects after placebo, and rocuronium 0.04 mg/kg and 0.08 mg/kg was given. Subjects started to squeeze the dynamometer three minutes after placebo/rocuronium was given. A predicted curve between three minutes and 60 seconds with 95% confidence interval after a hypothetical dose of rocuronium 0.2 mg/kg is inserted.
