Fluorometric titration of some TCs upon different concentration of BSA. emission with BSA (bound molecule) and emission without BSA (free molecule). The graph shows that the affinity between the molecules and BSA increases with lipophilicity: tetracycline > meclocycline > oxytetracycline. Data expressed in this graph are in accord with those reported in Table 2.
