Sling in retroluminal position in double-folded fashion (fat dotted line). (s) = symphysis and (df) = Denonvilliers’ fascia. Tightening of the sling leads to a rotational cranial movement with double folding, supporting the dorsal distal aspect of the sphincteric urethra.
