<i>Chlamydia trachomatis</i> Growth and Cytokine mRNA Response in a Prostate Cancer Cell Line

<div>Folds of mRNA changes for <i>EUO</i> gene in McCoy and CWR-R1 cells infected with <i>C. trachomatis</i>. McCoy and CWR-R1 cells were plated, grown, and harvested at 3, 12, 24, and 48 hours after inoculation of <i>C. trachomatis</i>. EUO mRNA was measured as described in Material and Methods. The study was conducted 3 times. Most representative set of results is shown above.</div>
