Gene expression analysis of the spleen tissues were used to investigate the centriole-centrosome pathway for infected versus control mice. tacc3 showed the highest upregulation with 30.13-fold increase, much more than our previous report [4]. tpx2 and p53 showed significant downregulation. During this investigation, aurka did not show significant upregulation. This is due to the variation in this group of six mice used in this study. However, a trend of upregulation of aurka is evident in 3 mice in column 2.
