Construction of RSV F gene into phCMV1 vector. (a) RSV F gene sequence was amplified with PCR reaction and cloned into BamHI and NotI RE sites on phCMV1 vector. (b) GFP tag was amplified with PCR reaction and inserted into NotI RE sites at the 3′ end of the RSV F gene.
