Eluted phages were enriched in successive rounds or panning. During each panning, 10¹¹ input phages were incubated with the target proteins (full DENV2 envelope or domain III) and eluted as described in Materials and Methods. The eluted phages were neutralized and titer was estimated. Data is presented as the absolute number of eluted phages at each step.
