Bone marrow CD34+ cells primed with 0.5 μM were seeded in 6-well plates (1000 cells per well) and colonies counted on day 16. CFU: colony forming unit; BFU: burst forming unit; E: erythroid; GM: granulocyte macrophage; GEMM: granulocyte, erythroid, macrophage, and megakaryocyte. Unpaired -test was performed for comparison of the mean data (mean ± SEM, experiments in quadruplicate).
