The effect of S. officinalis-mediated ZnO-NPs on the cell cycle progression in MCF7 and HFF cell lines. The cell cycle analysis of MCF7 and HFF cells after 24 h of treatment with 11.16 μg/mL and 26.3 μg/mL of ZnO-NPs, respectively, revealing that the population of cells in the sub-G1 phase increased with increasing ZnO-NPs in IC₅₀ compared with untreated cells.
