Synthesis and Characterization of Green Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles with Antiproliferative Effects through Apoptosis Induction and MicroRNA Modulation in Breast Cancer Cells

<div>Caspase-3 and Caspase-8 gene expression in MCF7 breast cancer and HFF cells after 24 h incubation with their IC<sub>50</sub> dose of ZnO-NP concentrations. The Tukey comparison of the fold change values was performed for the caspase-3 and caspase‐8 gene expression in ZnO-NP-treated and untreated cells based on <i>β</i>-actin and GAPDH internal controls.
