Protection of Iron-Induced Oxidative Damage in Neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) Cells by Combination of 1-(N-Acetyl-6-aminohexyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpyridin-4-one and Green Tea Extract

<div>Levels of ROS in SH-SY5Y cells after being exposed to treatments with or without 2 mM FeCl<sub>3</sub>. Cells were then treated with 1% DMSO, TC (0.46 <i>μ</i>M), CM1 (10–40 <i>μ</i>M), EGCG (10–40 <i>μ</i>M), GTE (10, 20, and 40 mg/mL equivalent to 5.24, 10.48, and 20.96 <i>μ</i>M EGCG, respectively), and combinations for 24 h.
