Jaceosidin Induces Apoptosis in Human Ovary Cancer Cells through Mitochondrial Pathway

Jaceosidin activates caspase-3 and its related proteins to promote apoptosis. Whole cell lysates prepared from CAOV-3 cells, which had been incubated with jaceosidin or quercetin for 24 hours. The proteins were subjected to Western blot analysis using the respective antibodies as indicated. Data are representative of three separate experiments.
