Comparison of the reactive antibody densities immobilized on the solid surfaces via biotin-streptavidin linkage. At a constant concentration of antibody, the reactive antibody density was determined by means of Scatchard analysis. The same procedure was repeated with different antibody preparations of IgG, , and Fab. Standard deviations of triplicate repetition for each measurement were shown.
