DC treated with US at 42 KHz and 0.15 efficiently induce naïve T cell responses. Mature DC were treated with 1-cycle (square), 2-cycle (dot), or 3-cycle (triangle) US treatment or left untreated. Graded numbers of DC (-axis) were cocultured in 96-well flat bottomed microplates with /well purified CD45RA allogenic T cell, whose [H]-thymidine incorporation (y-axis) was measured after 5 days. Data are expressed as mean CPM ± SD of triplicates cultures.
