Mesothelioma Cells Escape Heat Stress by Upregulating Hsp40/Hsp70 Expression via Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinases

Heat stress induces Hsp expression. Representative immunoblots of of Hsp70 and Hsp40 expression after heat stress (40°C, 20 minutes) by (a) mesothelial cells and (b) PDMM cells (LO68). (c) Erk1/2 MAPK mediated the heat stress-induced (40°C, 20 minutes) expression of Hsp70 and Hsp40 by PDMM cells (LO68).
