The amount of N-acetyl 5-aminosalicylic acid in Caco-2 cells and the medium. Caco-2 cells grown in tissue culture dishes were incubated with 200  M 5-ASA for 2 hours in the presence of flavonoids at the concentration of 100  M. 5-ASA in cells (Closed column), 5-ASA in medium (Open column).
