The effect of flavonols and transpoter inhibitors on the cellular accumulation of N-acetyl 5-aminosalicylic acid in Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells grown in tissue culture dishes were incubated with 200  M 5-ASA for 2 hours in the presence of flavonols and transporter inhibitors at the concentration of 100  M.
