The cellular accumulation percent of in N-acetyl 5-aminosalicylic acid Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells grown in tissue culture dishes were incubated with 200  M 5-ASA for 2 hours in the presence of flavonoids at the concentration of 100  M. Cellular accumulation percent: (cells/cells plus medium) 100. Each value represents the mean SD of four to five experiments.
