HUVECs induced HeLa cell migration. HUVECs ( cells/mL) were seeded onto the bottom of 12-well plate before the inserts were set into the plate wells. The cells were allowed to migrate for 8 hours at 37°C and 5% CO2. The numbers of migrated HeLa cells were quantified by cell counting from more than six micrographic fields using magnification of 20×. * no HUVECs versus HUVECs.
