The Roles of Platelet GPIIb/IIIa and αvβ3 Integrins during HeLa Cells Adhesion, Migration, and Invasion to Monolayer Endothelium under Static and Dynamic Shear Flow

<table>Migration of HeLa cells in the presence of platelets (Pl), thrombin (Th), eptifibatide (Ep), or RGDWE peptides (RGDWE). Cells were allowed to migrate for 8 hours at 37°C and 5%  CO<sub>2</sub>. Each data point is the mean of more than six micrographic fields using magnification of 20×.
