The level of cytokines was determined by ELISA in the supernatant of popliteal DLN cells obtained from reinfected mice at week seven post rechallenge, after in vitro stimulation with 12  𝜇 g/ml of SLA and LRP. Mean±SD of samples from six mice is shown (pg/ml).
