<table>pCold-IGAN IgA1 proteases were expressed as soluble proteins in E. coli. The expressions of pCold-IGAN cell strains were induced at 12°C with 0.4 mM IPTG for 18 hours. The cell pellets were lysed and centrifuged. The total cell lysates and soluble supernatants were analyzed with SDS-PAGE (reduced condition) and Western blot.</table>
