Transfection efficiency of D-SPM/pCIKLux complex at various weight-mixing ratios with 0.5 g pCIKLux in COS-7 cells. PEI was used as the positive control. Luciferase expression was measured as RLU/mg protein after 48 h posttransfection in serum-free condition.
