Isoelectric point determination of Dpl protein in nonneoplastic human testis and in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) samples. 2D-PAGE was performed using 60 g of purified protein samples on a linear immobilized pH gradient (i.e., pH 3–10), followed by a 12% SDS-PAGE. Dpl was then detected by immunoblotting as reported above.
