Characterization of insect cell-derived VLP. Equal amounts of VLP proteins were resolved by 12.5% discontinuous SDS polyacrylamide gel and detected by four different primary antibodies against HA, NA, M1, M2 (a). The morphology and particle size distribution of HA⁺VLP were measured by transmission electron microscope (b) and dynamic light scattering (c), respectively.
