Production of IFN- and IL-2 by T cells upon stimulation with TPA and ionomycin. Control T cells (filled circles) and SLE T cells (open circles) were cultured according to the method described in the legend of Figure 1 except that 1 g/mL of TPA and 0.1 g/mL of ionomycin were used as stimuli. The amounts of IFN- and IL-2 in the supernatants were measured by ELISA, and the data were normalized against those for the control. Data represent mean SD.
