The effect of enforced expression of MVP on drug resistance in SGC7901 cells. (a) Western blot analysis showed that two stable clones with overexpression of ectopic MVP were generated. Subsequently, MTT assay showed that overexpression of ectopic MVP could result in vincristine and adriamycin resistance, with the significant increase of the cell viability (b).
