Depletion of CD25⁺ cells induces mortality in BALB/c mice infected with T. gondii. Animals (𝑛=6) were injected ip with 200 𝜇g of either isotype mAb (a) (∘ in (c)) or PC61 mAb (b) (• in (c)) and 2 days later they were infected perorally with 20 cysts of the ME49 strain of T. gondii. Weight ((a),(b)) and cumulative mortality (c) were recorded daily for 25 days. In (a) and (b), each line corresponds to one mouse.
