Diclofenac-induced apoptosis in SHSY-5Y cells. (a) SH-SY5Y cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of diclofenac and apoptosis was evaluated after a 24-hour drug treatment. (b) SH-SY5Y cells were treated with vehicle alone (white bars) or 150 μM diclofenac (black bars) and apoptosis was evaluated after the indicated incubation times.
