Analysis of SOD2 mRNA level in SH-SY5Y cells treated with diclofenac. (a) Total RNA extracts from SH-SY5Y cells, incubated with vehicle alone or 150 M diclofenac for the indicated times, were amplified by RT-PCR as indicated in Section 2.6 and analysed on a 1% agarose gel. As a control, the amplification of GADPH from the same extracts was carried out. (b) Densitometry evaluation of three independent experiments.
