FRAP of YFP-myotilin in the Z-bands of mature myofibrils in two different muscle cells in a living zebrafish (three days old), prebleach, bleach, and 1 and 10 minutes after photobleaching. The recovery is almost complete by the end of the ten-minute period. Scale = 10 microns.
