Effects of temperature and reaction time on the biodiesel yield by in situ transesterification of C. pyrenoidosa. Reaction condition: 1 g algal powder with 6 mL n-hexane, 4 mL methanol and 0.5 M sulfuric acid. Temperature: 20°C, 50°C, 70°C, 90°C, and 110°C.
