First-dimension elution profiles of E. coli K12 chromatofocusing analyzed on Beckman Coulter’s PF2D system over 200 min using the buffer provided by the manufacture (A) or buffers prepared with Triton X-100 of various concentrations (0.1, 0.15, or 0.2% for B, C, and D, resp.). The elution profiles were monitored at 280 nm.
