Comparison of APA (0.016 mg/kg) and candesartan on BP in SHRs. Intravenous injection of recombinant APA () and candesartan () significantly decreased SBP for 5 d in SHRs. The magnitude of the antihypertensive effects of APA (0.016 mg/kg) and ARB (0.1 mg/kg) was similar.
