The total phasic and tonic stresses as function of strains are presented at the top panel and the computed active phasic and tonic stresses as function of strain at the bottom. The amplitude of total phasic, total tonic, active phasic, and active tonic circumferential stresses increased after 7 days obstruction compared with normal and sham controls ( and 0.01). Furthermore, the maximum for the active phasic and active tonic stresses differed.
