Coronal microPET image showed the radioactivity of 18F-FDG (a) and 18F-FLT (b) at days 4, 8, and 9 after tumor inoculation. 18F-FLT of microPET imaging were presented less activity of background than 18F-FDG. The tumor-bearing mice were administrated with Lipo-Dox at day 8 after tumor inoculation.
