Engraftment of K562 erythroleukemia cell line into Rag-2^−/−Jak3^−/− mice. K562 cell line (5×10⁶ cells/ mouse) was subcutaneously transplanted into Rag-2^−/−Jak3^−/− mice. Three weeks after transplantation, mice were sacrificed and the tumors weighed.
