Results of induction of IFN-γ secreting T lymphocytes detected by ELISPOT in response to autologous tumors cells after DC-based immunotherapy for melanoma. Peripheral blood lymphocytes collected (PBMC) at week 0 (open bars) and week 4 (filled bars) were coincubated with purified autologous tumor cells at a ratio of 1 : 2, respectively, and incubated for 48 hours.
