In vivo SPECT images of 123I-ANV-6L15 fusion protein in an eight-week-old male BALB/c mouse. 123I-ANV-6L15 (18.5 MBq in 100 μL physiological saline) was injected via tail vein of the mouse under isoflurane anesthesia. Whole body scan was acquired at 60–210 min after injection.
