Simple and Specific Dual-Wavelength Excitable Dye Staining for Glycoprotein Detection in Polyacrylamide Gels and Its Application in Glycoproteomics

Detection of LRSH-labeled α1-acid glycoproteins in SDS-polyacrylamide gel with different imagers and poststaining with Coomassie blue. Twofold serial dilutions of the glycoproteins, ranging from 1 μg to 0.95 ng, are displayed in Lane 1 to Lane 11. M denotes molecular weight markers.
