The quantitative gradient elution system consist of methanol and water. The gradient program: 0–40 min, 10%~100% methanol, and 90%~0% water. For other chromatographic conditions were the same as those in Section 3.3. Peak assignments: (a) canrenone; (b) 11-α-hydroxy-canrenone.
