Phenotypic characterisation of putative CD25^hi Foxp3⁺ Treg cells from cocultures of DC and naïve T cells. The CD25^hi Foxp3⁺ population expresses CTLA-4 (a) but lacks expression of CD127 in comparison with control Foxp3^- T cells (b), consistent with the reported phenotype of bona fide Treg cells.
