Effect of Plg-RKT on thioglycollate-induced monocyte recruitment. Both plasminogen-deficient (Plg−/−) and wild-type littermates (Plg+/+) mice were injected intravenously with either mAb7H1 (■) or isotype control (□) (500 μg). After 30 minutes thioglycollate was injected intraperitoneally. A second injection of antibody was given 24 hours later. After 72 hours, thioglycollate-recruited cells were collected by peritoneal lavage and macrophages were purified by adherence. The adherent cells were detached and counted using a hemocytometer.
